MANAGING PROPERTIES

Nobody Does It Better Than Our Property Managers

Get higher tenant retention rates on your investment properties with help from our property managers. Chesapeake Property Management in Kilmarnock, Virginia, has been in this business for many years under the leadership of Dottie Vallone.  In January of 2021, Jennifer Dilday acquired the business and is investing many hours in getting to know the clients and property owners as well and is hoping to carry on the tradition put in place by Dottie.

  • Have No Knowledge on the Legal Processes,
  • Do Not Know How to Deal with Non-Paying Tenants,
