This system will allow property owners access to their accounts in real-time, including any service issues, etc. In addition, we value our clients and treat their properties like our own. Part of our service is to provide you with a monthly statement, as well as a year-end statement and 1099 form for the Internal Revenue Service, as well as provide:
- Securing Credit-Worthy Tenants,
- Negotiate Lease Agreements,
- Perform Check-in and Check-out Inspections, as well as periodic Inspections,
- Handle all Rents and Security Deposits, and
- Secure, Supervise and Pay Service Personnel as required.
