Dotti Vallone, Broker/Owner of Chesapeake Property Management, Inc.,
has been in real estate in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area since 1973. She began her career in Prince George's
County, Maryland and owned a Re/Max office in Ft. Washington. After moving to Alexandria, VA, she became an owner and
principal broker for Macklin-Vallone Real Estate and later CENTURY 21 Quality Homes in Old Town Alexandria. Under her
direction, the company grew and maintained offices in Alexandria and in Kensington, MD. During this time the company
received some of the highest customer satisfaction awards in the industry. They also took technology to a new level.
They were the first firm in the region to offer on-line transaction management.
Being
on the cutting edge with technology allowed the company to manage over 200 properties for owners as part of a brisk
real estate brokerage company.
Dotti sold the company in 2001 and moved to Virginia's
Northern Neck where she applies her vast real estate knowledge to property management.
