Our Owner
Our company is owned by Jennifer Dilday. Jennifer has grown up in the construction industry, being the office manager for Chesapeake Homes for many years and a licensed real estate agent for as many. Jennifer brings a unique experience to this profession as she's experienced both sides of the rental business by being involved in family rentals for several years and understanding the importance of maintaining quality rentals, keeping the best tenants and doing so in a manner that's profitable.
